Glasswool Building Blanket™
Glasswool Building Blanket™ is a lightweight, flexible and resilient glasswool material (sometimes referred to as mineral wool), providing thermal insulation performance with the added benefit of being an effective sound absorption material.
These products can be used in conjunction with a Sisalation® vapour barrier foil under the blanket where condensation prevention is required (see Permastop™ datasheet). Glasswool Building Blanket™ provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation when installed under metal deck roofs and in metal clad walls.

Deck Mate™
Deck-Mate™ Styrofoam Thermal Spacers (with a density of 32kg/m3) are made from high compressive strength 300kpa closed cell styrofoam meaning they won’t absorb moisture.
Deck-Mate™ is also available in 1250mm long strips.
Fletcher Insulation Deck-Mate™ Spacer in the BCA (Building Code of Australia) - widely known as Part J. These provisions clearly specify the minimum deemed-to-satisfy levels of insulation required for commercial buildings.
The use of Fletcher Insulation™ Deck-Mate™ Spacer above the glasswool insulation blanket allows for the blanket to recover to its nominal thickness and achieve the total R-values.

Permastop™
Permastop™ is ideal for use under metal roofs to provide thermal and acoustic comfort and condensation control. Permastop reduces the amount of heat entering your attic space working in tandem with ceiling insulation.
Permastop™ is an insulation blanket that is fixed directly under the metal roof and is effective in reducing the noise levels entering your home from rain, hail, aircraft and other outside noises. 75mm Permastop™ can reduce sound transmission through the roof by up to 18dB.
Permastop™ building blanket is lightweight, flexible insulation blanket faced on one side with Sisalation® reflective foil laminate (Light, Medium or Heavy Duty.) This combination acts as an effective barrier against condensation forming on the underside of your metal roof. When warm, moist air is vented into the roof space from bathroom and kitchen fans and vented range hoods.

Roof Rack™
Roof Rack™ is an insulation spacer that provides a quick and easy way for Fletcher Insulation™ 100mm blanket to be used under metal deck roofing to meet the Clause J energy efficiency requirements in the BCA for climate zones 1-6.
With a unique design (patent pending), Roof Rack provides strength and versatility that roofers value.
